Kids Club School was founded by the Late Major Indrajeet Sinha, a visionary whose life was guided by courage, integrity, and a deep sense of purpose. Born into a distinguished family of honor and service, Major Sinha belonged to a Victoria Cross–honoured lineage—one of the highest and most prestigious decorations of the British era. He was the son of Colonel Bahuran Sinha, one of the first Indian Colonels in the British Army, and carried forward this remarkable legacy with pride and responsibility.

His early years reflected both discipline and academic excellence. He pursued his schooling at St. Xavier’s, Patna, where he studied as a hostel student during his higher classes, shaping his independence and character from a young age. At just 16, he was selected by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh himself to join the Rajputana Rifles, marking the beginning of a distinguished military journey at an exceptionally young age.

He went on to serve as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, contributing to the Army Intelligence and later as a part of the esteemed 5th Gorkha Rifles infantry. Major Sinha displayed exceptional bravery in the 1962 Sino-Indian War and the 1971 Indo-Pak War, earning multiple medals for valor and strategic excellence. Among his recognitions, he was also honoured with the Videsh Sewa Medal by the Maharaja of Bhutan.

His academic journey further included exposure to reputed institutions such as Cambridge and Delhi, and he later completed his higher education from Maharaja College, Jaipur. In 1951, he received his commission as a Full Commissioned Officer from Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India—marking the formal beginning of his service to the nation. Yet, beyond his military achievements, it was his vision for education that truly defined his legacy. Choosing to retire early, he devoted himself entirely to building an institution that would go beyond textbooks—an environment where children would learn to think, question, and grow into capable, value-driven individuals. He believed deeply in equality across caste, creed, race, and gender, and was a strong advocate for empowering women and creating inclusive opportunities for all.
