Affiliation & Accreditation

Kids Club School is a CBSE Affiliated school that follows a uniform curriculum prescribed by the CBSE boards. We share the privileges given by the CBSE boards regarding curriculum, examinations, and academic innovations. We account for transparency in all methods of education and impart to the students the best educational policies. We maintain and follow all guidelines described by CBSE. Our school education provides a free learning environment so that the students can become enterprising citizens of this country promoting intellectual, social and cultural vibrancy. Kids Club School envisions CBSE’s agenda to form a robust and holistic school education.

Admission criteria

A child should be 3 years and above as on Ist April of the year for which the child is admitted to class nursery. For classes higher than Nursery, the age criteria follow in a similar manner.

  • 2+ age group child may be admitted in “Play Group”.
  • For Class I: Child completing 5 years on Ist April of the Academic year.
  • For Classes I to Vill there will be no formal test or interview, screening methods right will be reserved by the school if the number of applicants is more than the number of seats available.
  • For Classes IX to XII: Guidelines by CBSE will be strictly followed.

Documents Required while Admission

  • Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school
  • Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate/li>
  • Two passport-sized colored photograph
  • Attested mark sheet of the previous class.

25% of the total seats reserved under RTE for children at entry-level.

Fee Structure

The fee is payable quarterly in advance by the | Oth of the month of every quarter. Fees must be deposited in a due quarter month by | 0th of the current month. Failing with same a surcharge of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged. If at the expiry of two months, the school fee is still outstanding, the student’s name will be removed from the register, without any prior notification. Re-enrollment will be considered only on payment of the re-enrolment fee of Rs. 1000/- and all outstanding fees by the 3rd Month of the quarter.

Assessment

A system of continuous assessment is followed in all forms as guidelines formed by CBSE for classes | to Xll. To ensure ongoing progress without anxiety and fear of failure, the year holistic assessment of the individual is done using a variety of tools including formal examinations. The continuous assessment covers both scholastic and co-scholastic aspects of pupil growth including health status, personal and social quality interests attitudes, values proficiency in co-curricular activities, and academic competence.

Evaluation System

The Kids Club School has introduced continuous and comprehensive evaluation in all classes through evaluation of scholastic and co-scholastics areas spread over two terms in an academic year. Each term will have two Formative Assessments and one Summative Assessment for the evaluation of scholastic areas. The academic year is divided into two semesters & examinations are held at the end of each semester.

Report on Progress

Parents will receive a computer-generated report for each term of the academic year.

Feedback on Progress

Parents are requested to sign each evaluation sheet and handover back. This will ensure that they are always aware of the progress of their wards.

Attendance

A student is required to keep 75% attendance in each term. The students failing to fulfill the required attendance shall not be permitted to appear in Annual Examinations.

Homework Policy

Each pupil should have a Kids Club School Diary, which is a life orientation of school where he/she is to record the home set each day. Revision, consolidation, and preparation of done work should take place every night.

School Conveyance

The conveyance facility is available on selected routes. Students are not permitted to withdraw from the bus/van facility in the mid-session unless there is a shifting of residence and in case of withdrawal, The conveyance fee will not be refundable.

Clubs Bonding as a Team

The School provides a fairly wide range of activities through different clubs. Various clubs help in the enhancement of the creativity & personality of our students. There are Literary Club, Reader’s Club, Eco Club, Quiz Club, Health Club, Commerce Club, Maths Club, Science Club, Heritage Club, and Cyber Club. Fine Arts & Music Club.

Summer Camp

The school organizes various hobby classes such as Basketball, Art & Craft, Drama, Dance, Sculpture, Table Tennis, Cricket, Adventure & Health Fitness programs during summer camp.
