Terms And Conditions

You must be 25 years old and having a degree or diploma in “Astrology” from recognized Institute or practicing in astrology for at least 5 years.

You will provide correct information in your registration form regarding your qualification experience and your background.

You will not perform service or offer advice in any other jurisdiction other than astrology

You will not diagnose, treat, test, recommend a course of treatment or otherwise provide or perform service that require in person physical examination of member or advise to substitute advice of a physician / medical practitioner.

You will not provide any legal or medical advice which only a licensed professional can give

You will not misrepresent yourself or create a misleading name or listing.

You will not mislead a member that you provide services which is outside the astrologer scope of work.

You will not do anything which may undermine disrupt the site or service or network or manipulate the integrity of “Pranamguruji”.

You will not transmit through the site any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy violation, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

You will not stalk, threaten or harass any astrologer or member or attempt to infringe upon their privacy.

You will not violate any law, statute, court order, where local, national or international and act as per law prevailing at that time.

You will not misrepresent yourself or create a misleading name or listing.

You will not attempt to contact the member or encourage any payment from member which is not through “Pranamguruji” platform / site. You will not accept any off-line payment from member.

You will not intentionally increase talk time with member for greater payment. You will not charge in excess than the pricing norms fixed by the management of “Pranamguruji”.

You will not share the “Pranamguruji” platform management with anyone.

You will not disclose the terms and condition of payment settled between you and “Pranamguruji” management.

You will not convert any member of “Pranamguruji”.

Your profile and your profile photo is the property of “Pranamguruji”. To remove it or to retain is sole decision of management. If you want to end association with “Pranamguruji” you can make yourself offline but can’t force “Pranamguruji” management to remove your profile. It is sole decision of “Pranamguruji” management .

In case “Pranamguruji” finds that you have violated the above terms and conditions the “Pranamguruji” can terminate your contract and black list you without notice and will ask you to leave the platform or block your name from the platform of “Pranamguruji” with immediate effect.

Payment by “Pranamguruji” will be per member advise taken from you basis. “Pranamguruji” will take payment from the member and after deducting statutory dues such as TDS / GST if applicable will make payment to astrologer, at the rate mutually agreed, by fund transfer in their account. The payment shall be made when the total amount due to astrologer exceeds Rs 20000/- or after 3 months from last payment made to astrologer.

Payment made to astrologer will be as per terms agreed by the astrologer and “Pranamguruji” management.

“Pranamguruji” will create and open an account in your name and you will be asked to provide a user name and password. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name as password. You will be fully responsible for all activity in your account. It is advisable to change your password once in three months. “Pranamguruji” will not be responsible for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your account or user name or password but you will be liable if losses incur to “Pranamguruji” by someone using your account or pass word.

The use of the “Pranamguruji” site by member and astrologer is at their sole risk. “Pranamguruji” expressly disclaims all warranties expressed or implied of any kind of the law and advice given by astrologer to the member or vice-versa.

Astrologer will not be entitled for any benefit whether monetary or otherwise from “Pranamguruji” other than their share on advice given to members. “Pranamguruji” also does not guarantee the numbers of member who will seek advice from any particular astrologer in a month.

You agree to indemnify and hold “Pranamguruji”, its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agent and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fee and by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform in violation of this agreement and arising from a breach of any of the terms of this agreement or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

You must be of 18 years of age and is not under any legal disability.

Sole purpose of your becoming member of “Pranamguruji” is taking advice from the registered astrologers only. The names of registered astrologer will be available on that particular time on the platform and “Pranamguruji” will not be responsible if a particular registered astrologer is not available.

Membership to “Pranamguruji” is free but you will have to maintain a deposit balance of Rs.1000/- with “Pranamguruji” before you are permitted to connect with the registered astrologer of your choice.

The consultation charges will be for fixed time period and in case your consultation takes longer time then you can continue if there is sufficient balance in your account.

Balance of amount in your account will be refunded on termination of membership.

Membership of “Pranamguruji” can be terminated by either side without notice or assigning any reason there-of.

Members are not bound to take advice from any one astrologer but he can choose astrologer of his choice among those registered with “Pranamguruji”. He can take advice from any number of astrologers. Advice by an astrologer is based on his individual knowledge, experience and interpretations of astrologers and as such it may wary from one astrologer to another. “Pranamguruji” will not be responsible if there is difference in opinion in two astrologers.

“Pranamguruji” provide Astrologer service to any member after exercising reasonable standard of care for his professional standards. But “Pranamguruji” is site link for astrologer and payment platform and is not responsible for any advice given by an astrologer to its members. It is the responsibility of the member to provide correct information of date of birth, time of birth and place of birth.

Member will not stalk, threaten or harass any astrologer in any manner what so ever.

Member is free to take advice of any one or more registered astrologers. He has to pay charges fixed on every consultation.

Member will use “Pranamguruji” platform for their personal use / advise only. It cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors what so ever.

The use of the “Pranamguruji” site by member and astrologer is at their sole risk. “Pranamguruji” expressly disclaims all warranties expressed or implied of any kind of the law and advice given by astrologer to the member or vice-versa.

“Pranamguruji” is using knowledge, interpretation, prediction or information contributed by astrologers from around the world. Any data, interpretation or information in any form through “Pranamguruji” should not be treated as substitute for advice or treatment you would normally receive from medical professional, financial advisors, legal consultant and other such licensed services.
